This plan is ideal for those who want to diversify their workouts, develop whole body fitness, or cross train for favorite sports and/or activities.

    Up to 2x Weekly Private Training Sessions with one of our highly experienced trainers, who will calibrate your workouts for your unique body and goals. Our trainers know how to keep your workouts safe and challenging by tweaking your movements for those extra gains or scaling back when your body needs less or a slower approach.

Our most popular option, the FeelFit Plan gives you a customized workout plan designed around your workout personality and fitness goals.

This plan is perfect if you need tailored workouts to help rehab from injury or support chronic pain, restore your core and pelvic floor function postpartum, or give you the accountability to get back into a regular workout routine.

Our FastTrack Plan is your answer for when you need to go farther, faster. Perfect for athletes with a specific training goal and targeted timeline, preparing for a special event like a wedding or milestone birthday, or for anyone seeking a total mind/body lifestyle transformation.

Here’s the thing. We can’t promise:

That we won’t make you laugh during ab exercises (think of it as bonus core work).

That your progress will be linear (real change almost never is, but we’ll ride out the highs and lows together).

That you’ll recognize yourself a year from now (this work is transformative, inside and out).

Here’s what we can promise:

We’re here for you no matter what, and you’re on your way to feeling so much better. If you don’t progress towards your goals in the first 6 months of your recommended training plan, the next 6 months of training are on the house.

  • All plans include:

    Unlimited access to our on-demand library of over 200 workouts (and counting!).

    A personalized training plan with recommended exercises, hand picked workout videos, and a suggested schedule.

    You can book weekly with FineTune, bi-weekly with FeelFit, and up to 3x weekly with FastTrack.

  • We are happy to cancel or reschedule your training sessions anytime with 24 hours notice.

    Real change takes time, and we want to set you up for success, so each plan is designed around a 3 month cycle.

    At the end of each cycle we’ll review your progress and adjust your plan as needed to keep you on track for your goals. Cancelling before the end of a cycle may incur a cancellation fee.

    If you need to cancel due to severe illness or injury, any and all cancellation fees are waived.

    We request 14 days written notice if you need to cancel your training plan.

    We can’t take back great coaching, so we are unable refund any prior payments.

  • Your fitness journey may not look like what you expect, and it isn’t going to look like anybody else’s.

    Many clients start to feel a shift in as little as three sessions, but in general, there’s a bit of magic around the three month mark—12 weeks in you might notice you have more energy, are looking more toned, have better posture, and are making significant progress towards your goals.

  • Sessions roll over as long as you’re on a plan with us, so if you have a busy month or miss a week because your kid has the chickenpox, your sessions will be banked for you to use later.
